Okay, I recorded this off a hit the other day- that you needed permission to feel, cry and connect with your inner well.  Otherwise you become hardened, calcified and disconnected with walls up. And it’s really hard to move through life embodied in your sovereignty, when you have a cage around your heart and your womb is dry, burying away shadows and emotions that live within you. 

Crying is a fucking super power.  Being so connected to yourself that you welcome your feelings to flow through you- so you can clear some damn space inside of your beautiful body temple is magic. 

My hope is that what I speak to on this episodes, gives you permission, reminds you of the power of emotional intelligence and energetic releases. And has you knowing that when you cry you aliven, glisten, and activate your radiance. A woman who is connected to her emotionality- but not buried in it, is a woman who is open, soft, magnetizing, authentic, raw. And the way you honor yourself and don’t get so consumed in emotions, is by letting them flow through you in a healthy way and cease suppressing them.

The mother wound. Ahh So what do I mean by the mother wound? This is how being a woman was modeled for us. This can be your actual mother as the example or simply the women in your life that were your “nurturers” or not.  It’s how did women model showing up in life, relationships? How did they show up for you? For themselves? What language did they use, how did they speak of themselves or how did they speak of/to other women?  What was their energy like?

It can also go deeper into your feminine lineage, what are you carrying in your DNA from your ancestors that came before you? What pain, and trauma did they experience that you are being called to transmute and alchemize? 

Why would you care about this? Because the unconscious patterns that you were exposed to, or even the energy you are carrying inside of your body from your ancestors is an opportunity for you to learn, heal and transcend these generational cycles. To truly embody the wisdom of their trauma, patterns and pain and alchemize them into powerful lessons and embodied truth! 

In this episode, we dig pretty deep. As deep as we can in 30 minutes! We talk about what is the mother wound, how is it showing up in your life, business, relationships (ultimately all your relationship with yourself and the mirrors that are used to reflect this back to you) and how to embody and integrate the healing and lessons.
