I felt intuitively guided that this episode be the next piece of this journey together. I co-created this with the souls that know within there is a different way of being in this world—one that embraces authenticity, breaks free from toxic patterns, and paves the way for future generations to live and create a harmonious world.

While this journey may feel like a battle at times, the impact of that you are creating just by you choosing to live in alignment with your truth is beyond anything that we can see the results of at this time, it's definitely not for everyone. Challenging societal norms takes a lot of courage to step outside of societal rules or expectations. Diving deep and confronting the shadows within and exploring the power and influence of the subconscious mind, which is a very critical component that can be overlooked in our self-improvement efforts.

I have found in my time of mentoring 1-on-1, groups and within myself it is essential to consciously “be the work” and also address your subconscious mind. You cannot do one without the other, both are needed on this path.

I share a personal story of how I came face-to-face with the subconscious mind's influential power and why it's essential to exercise compassion towards ourselves in this journey. I share my passion of the transformational potential of music, sound, and intention, leading to the birth of SONIC ACTIVATIONS—a unique expression of my Soul Song.

In this very first episode, I invite you into my inner realm, where I unveil my inner process, contemplations and my co-creative relationship with Soul Song Express and the initiatory process I am currently moving through. I share what this space is allowing and providing for me as I intend to experiment and navigate the challenges and embrace the blessings of expressing my Soul Song.

This episode symbolises a very as a pivotal juncture & transition for me into the next phase of aligning with my soul's purpose. Shedding the skin of a former self that no longer resonates, I wholeheartedly grant myself the permission to honour my authenticity and give voice to what is real, alive and moving within me. I claim and own the authority of my voice. It is not an easy process but one that cannot be sidestepped or evaded. The compass of your soul's truth will always redirect you to your destined path.

In that knowing,

I relinquish control and I surrender to the unknown

Welcome to SOUL SONG EXPRESS a safe container that is dedicated to the remembrance of your SOUL SONG - your TRUEST NATURE.

Honouring the authentic expression & embodiment of everything that makes you - you. Calling that essence forth into creative self expression. Self expression is the tangible experience of your soul manifested externally.

Your SOUL SONG is your birth-rite.

It is the very essence, vibration & frequency of your Soul. It’s your souls unique blue print & soul signature. 

It isn't just the lifetimes that you have lived, the the wisdom, knowledge, lessons & gifts that you have learnt & mastered in those lifetimes or even the many aspects of you that exist in this lifetime -  it is the Origin Point of when you were first created - untainted & so innocently pure.

As babies and children we are born into this world already having a very strong connection to this Soul Song. We inherently know who we are. The problem is, that for most of us, our Soul Song becomes distorted, muted, hidden, or buried so deep that we cannot hear or feel it anymore -  impacted by life experiences and external influences we live life disconnected from the truth of who we really are.

We all have a Soul Song - that certain something that sets us apart from everyone else. It is what makes us, unique and different. We all have natural gifts and talents that are divinely given and are meant to be shared in service to one another.

The unique Soul Song you express in this world weaves co-creatively in relationship to others who are also expressing their Soul Song that then creates more balance & harmony in the world.  Like an individual instrument playing within a symphony you have your unique role to play which is part of the whole within a collective orchestra of instruments.

Singing your Soul Song & just being you - activates others into remembering & awakening to theirs! You then give permission for others to to courageously claim the wholeness of who they are and express it in ways that feel true to their soul. Living authentically aligned to their original intention for being here.

Your soul song is a gift, remember who you are, embrace all of you, express and embody your true nature.
