In Episode Four we sat down with Tresa Rivera to talk about her personal journey into becoming a Human Design analyst and hypnotherapist, and how she uses the two together to help her clients transform their lives.

It was incredible to learn how Tresa is helping her clients rewire patterns of past behavior through hypnotherapy, and teaching them how to understand their Human Design to access their most aligned path forward. 

Tresa shares how Human Design actually pulls from four ancient systems, including the Chinese I Ching, the Chakras System, Western astrology, and aspects of the Jewish Kabbalah. She also explains that each individual’s chart contains a type, strategy, and inner authority, and - when understood correctly - how this information can be used to understand ourselves on a deeper level.

Before diving down the Google rabbit hole of our charts, however, Tresa explains how we can actually use hypnotherapy as a tool for deconditioning and unlearning past patterns, so that we can step authentically into our unique Human Design.
