What is your relationship like?
My relationship was very judging and critical. I felt disconnected to who I was. I was constantly in action to pursue the next goal to prove my good enough.
A few year ago, I developed mini panic attacks because I was not feeling like myself. My spiritual journey began. As I was healing, I wrote letters to myself starting: "Dear Jewels, I love you because......".
This meditation was born as I was navigating my hate/love relationship with myself.
