Eloisa Slimmon fell in love with movement at an early age. She discovered yoga through recovery from a car accident and has been forever thankful the journey led her to the practice!
She has been practicing some form of movement since age 4 and teaching yoga, pilates, and movement for 19 years. Her teaching style is a fusion of mindful alignment and intentional breathing. Elle is a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer and Educator ERYT-500 with over 2000 hours of training and teaching experience. She's also a certified Advanced Mat Pilates Instructor and meditation teacher. Eloisa trains Yoga and Pilates teachers through her school Liberty Movement School. She has a keen interest in yoga for women and has designed the H practice - aligning our cycles energetically with our practices to support our ever-changing hormonal bodies. She works as a prenatal and birth Doula, Movement educator and is the Director of Liberty Movement and Wellness, a boutique studio in Toronto’s West End. EFT is a form of meditation practice where you tap on two parallel energy meridian lines. This can lower cortisol and allows us to go deep into trauma and stored emotions while feeling safe.  It's similar to acupuncture. Years of therapy can be achieved in two days to two months.
