Here's where we're talking about this episode, over on LinkedIn.
One of the things I'm asked most often by leaders, at the end of a keynote, is how to bring up the subject of Imposter Syndrome with a colleague or team member - and then what to do to help them.
It's so easy to freeze, or talk ourselves out of broaching it, or worry that the other person will react badly, or that we won't know what to say or do next...
... So we avoid it. And that leaves the person stuck. It perpetuates the taboo. And we feel bad, because we wanted to make a difference.
So in today's Soul Led Leaders podcast episode I'm going to share with you what you can do, mistakes to avoid, and how to find out what to do to move beyond 'tea and sympathy' if you've got it right and the person wants help.

In fact, in the near future, UK employers will be required to take action to create a culture that supports psychological and emotional wellbeing.
But is training up Mental Health First-Aiders enough? And why might that be leaving things too late?

Do you feel like you're running on empty, and that nothing seems to top up your batteries any more? Is it getting harder to concentrate and easier to make mistakes?
Do you find your fuse is shorter than ever and that smaller things are stressing you out? And if one more person tells you to be resilient they might find that the 'bouncing back' is at the end of your virtual fist? You are not alone!
In this episode of the Soul Led Leaders podcast you'll discover why, far from being the antidote to burnout, classic resilience actually causes it, and the five-step solution we need, instead.
