Fried Chicken has become a thing in Portland now.  So our friend Doug Adams, whose Imperial Fried Chicken first caught the attention of the Top Chef Nation, drops in to the Right at the Fork studios to share with us a few of his favorites when it comes to dropping the bird into the fryer, and slamming it down on a plate.
