You’ll hear how perfect today in our radio production from July 6, 1952 on a show called “Best Plays”.

A Halloween Favorite Classic Story returns to Sounds Like Radio and our Holiday Library of Sound (LOS) Special!   It's Halloween and what better way to celebrate than with Bing Crosby's classic story-time record presentation of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow!

One of our most popular podcasts is back, enjoy it and have fun listening to the tale of Ichabod as told as no one else can by our own Sounds Like Radio House Singer who's with us every week all through the year, the one and only Bing Crosby!

Boris Karloff has returned to the Library of Sound's Reading Corner with a story appropriate enough for this time of year. Boris tells us the Charles Dickens story, "The Goblins Who Stole A Sexton." A sexton works for a church taking care of the building and more commonly tending to the graveyard. This sounds like the kind of story Boris is known for.

From my very own tape collection comes this interesting show as Jean comments on the sorry state of today's reading standards. From a tape I recorded on February 25, 1975 it was originally broadcast live though on Janurary 15, 1974. It's a good thing Shep ain't around to see how low things have gone since.

On the Library of Sound (LOS) Volume 240 Your Humble Host is having some early Halloween fun with the Bing Crosby Show from October 30, 1946 with guest-star Spanish singer-entertainer Lina Romay. It's a good show and you can tell everyone was having fun. Let's enjoy this festive show right now.
