It's your host, Captain Jack.  Tonight we just covered everything.  No bushcraft tonight, but we went off the rails.  Mostly due to alcohol.  I was able to get 1st Sgt Bilko drinking.  Unrelated, he apologizes for the swearing on his end.  His antics aside, we had a great night just covering whatever comes to mind.

Hello, and welcome to Southern Missouri Patriots.  Tonight we talk about field cleaning your weapons, and our personal choices in cleaning gear to take with you.  We also discuss some quick and loose tips on clearing jams of a few types.

We have some new gear that we want to try out, in fact Captain Jack might be testing his new Jet Boil in the snow here soon.  So much to do, so little money to do it with.

Lastly, we give some tips on how to make your pack lighter with multi-purpose items such as dental floss, fishing line, and hiking poles.

Hello, and welcome to Southern Missouri Patriots.

Tonight we recapped our various camping trips.  Lieutenant Dan and 1st Sergeant Bilko took out one of our listeners to their camping, while I went solo.  We all had a good time, shot some videos, but we wanted you to hear it from us on how we all did.  Not to mention go over some gear reviews.  Bilko's tent didn't hold up, so do not buy the French two-man tent system according to him.

We also talk about survival entertainment.  There are lots of free, and light/no weight, ways to entertain yourself and your campers.  Talent shows, make-shift horseshoes, charades, and whatever your imagination can come up with.  At the end of the day, use your imaginations.

Lastly, we want to encourage everyone to think about getting into better shape.  If you need some help with that, just reach out to us and we will be glad to help.

Hello, and welcome to Southern Missouri Patriots.  Tonight we're talking about Veterans Day and the history behind it.  Okay, we tried to talk about it.  But you know us, we can't stay on topic very long.  We're like crack addled squirrels.  That aside, we call out some of our veteran friends and family, give a VERY brief history of Veterans Day, and go off on tangents like usual.  Hope you enjoy.

To give thanks to our veterans, by all means (women) show your boobs.  That was Lieutenant Dan's idea, but it's a great idea.  Men, just buy us coffee, soda, or water.

All the serious part aside, if you want to help us out we will have a donation up for our beer fund.  Not to mention we will give you a shout-out for the support.

Ladies and gentlemen, we know fuel prices are going up at the pump.  Additionally, there are talks that heating oil will also increase by at LEAST 54%.  Now, we don't know about you, but that much of a hit isn't easy to absorb in the wallet.  We talk about how to heat your home, what to do that will keep you warm out in the open, and other ways to stay warm in your house during what is expected to be a harsh winter.  Bundle up, folks, it might get cold.
