This drive is exactly like the other bad ST31013A I acquired, which I eventually turned into the redneck transparent hard drive, except this one has excellent bearings, and is actually one of the quietest drives I have acquired. However, it is indeed littered in bad sectors, and it will be the second transparent drive I make whenever the other one croaks.
