    • Arduino, AY-3-8910 and Mozzi

      Having decided the AY-3-8910 could be used as a simple 4-bit DAC, an obvious (although somewhat pointless) next step was to hook it up to Mozzi. This shows Mozzi doing simple FM synthesis and sending the resulting waveform to the AY-3-8910.

    • Rex - oil pastel painting of a wonderful German Shepherd dog

      Hi, thanks for being here.

      As I promised, here is my first process video of a wonderful German Shepherd dog. Rex will be my little dog forever, even though he was my biggest canine friend in terms of size.

      I painted this portrait with oil pastels (Neopastel). I only use Caran d’ Ache oil pastels, because they don’t contain any toxic substances and they have excellent light fastness. I mixed colors with only my fingers and my shaper brushes. So this is my first detailed oil pastel painting.
      I hope you like it and you can relax for a few minutes while watching my video.
