A rankings shake-up Although the big three remained in place at the top of the SP60 rankings in our June update (a surprise to some of you, apparently), nothing else remained sacred in our list of the top prospects in the system! Chris and Ian talked about Luis Perales' jump to number 4, Kristian Campbell's arrival in the top 10, Matthew Lugo's huge jump and Ovis Portes' stunning debut in the top 30. Plus yet another set of injuries at the MLB level and some more promotions!
