Unknown Project is a group from New York, and our event, Big Wall Open, was graced by three of its fine members, Joseph Rizzo, Laine Cammarata & Vincent Vinciguerra. In this episode, the boys and Callum kick back and talk shop about everything that had happened over the past weekend at the event, some nasty encounters on NY roofs, our recently deceased head of state, Queen Elizabeth II (not to be taken seriously pls!), the recent competition in Vancouver and a whole load of technical stuff about strength training to supplement parkour. (NOTE: Apologies for the occasional spikes in volume when Vincent talks. He's a real piece of work!)
