Our host Ciara and her husband Mr. Helm share stories of nightmare jobs including working a job that not only gave him poison ivy twice in 106 degree weather, but really did a number on his mental health. He shares the feelings of feeling trapped at work and how he learned to sometimes pry open a "window" when it feels like  a "door is closed".

Clinician's corner is a series once a month, where I sit down with some of my colleagues that are also licensed therapists  to learn more about different types of therapy in an effort to help remove the stigma related to needing mental health services.  This series is also meant two lift the veil behind mental health so that you as my listening friends can learn about different types of therapy that could be a good fit for you.

Starting this August, you are invited to hang out with Ciara Helm a mental healthcare provider and her guests every week to enjoy their own inspiring stories while they spill all the tea about life's greatest hardships and challenges and how they worked through it.
