John is a huge advocate for dogs, he uses he two giant dogs (Bone and Bailey) to promote kindness to shelter rescues.  John has played professional football for the CFL and has a helpful blog of delicious and nutritious vegan recipes.  He's a geninue good guy and we were lucky to have him for a chat and take questions from the audience!
