There is a epidemic of not being able to find staff. We’ve experienced it in my own business - we want to hire 10 massage therapists and at least two more front desk staff. But like a lot of you we are having problems just getting people to show up. 

But you can’t use a lack of not having a staff be an excuse because there are things you can do to get people to work for you.

• Yes there is a labor shortage
• How I’m able to go on vacation and my spa is still able to run
