The Spartan Games is LIVE! Day one footage went live this week and we are here to talk about it. The Spartan Games is a four-day, 10-event competition between elite athletes from multiple different disciplines. There are athletes from OCR, CrossFit, Ultra-Running, Triathalon, Ninja Warrior, and even a former NFL player.

Day one featured competition in three events:

1. Spartan Cross. A modified Spartan obstacle course
2. Open Water Swim presented by Xterra. 45 minutes on a 200 meter loop in 55 degree water
3. Spartan Highland Games. Three highland events including Tug o' War, Spartan Stones, and Kaiser Sled Challenge
