In this episode my guest is Cathy Thornhill, she is passionate about bringing high-quality, authoritative research about healthy eating to communities in Central Florida. Cathy has helped to start “Chat and Chew”. A volunteer community organization that holds regular Skype meetings with physicians, pharmacists, and health professionals to bring the latest research on whole foods, plant based diet to all attendees free of charge.

In addition, to always full and packed rooms of Skype sessions, “Chat and Chew” holds cooking classes, grocery store tastings, gardening classes and restaurant meetups to create a thriving community of volunteers and supporters.

In the last seven years, it has become a true movement in the community, as it attracts people from all ages and backgrounds nationwide. People who really care about vibrant health, whole food plant-based education and longevity. It’s a community and it’s growing.
