Speaking English

In this episode, we talk about what we read and watched in this month of January 2021.

This week on the pod we take you through our personal bookshelves, talking about organization and some favorite books. A good time for all involved.

Audrey returns to the podcast and we answer questions. Mostly talking about being in Film School currently, but lots of other fun questions too.

This week we watched Soul, a movie about Jazz (kinda). Here is where we talk about it and how it made us feel.

(THIS IS A GREAT EPISODE TO START WITH IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE PODCAST) We say goodbye to 2020 in style with our longest episode ever ! The best of the best of what we watched in 2020, as well as some goals and opportunities for the next year. Even though we didn't start this podcast at the beginning of the year, this definitely feels like a huge milestone. So thanks for being with us through the journey this year ! : )

Recorded on Christmas Day ! What we watched and read in December, along with some other Christmas-ey content. A good time for one and all.

A double feature of Rebecca movies this week as we watched the Best Picture Hitchcock Classic from 1940 as well as the recent Netflix remake (2020). We have lot's to say on both as our Rebecca Saga comes to a close. We've learned a lot.

We did not watch Citizen Kane this week. But rather, Mank (2020), Directed by David Fincher. This is where we talk about it. (the audio is a little weird this episode, so apologies. Should be better by next week.)

This week we talk about what we read and watched in November, as well as some other fun stuff, including Spotify Wrapped. Don't miss it!

We read the classic Rebecca, by Daphne du Maurier , and we got some opinions about it. Listen to them here.
