Finding ways to serve others means that we have a knack of knowledge, skills, or abilities to display for others. It helps to push us to develop these types of characteristics in ways that will empower us to develop ourselves and our destinies, whether they are pre-defined or not. The amount of work that we spend on ourselves to do this, however, can be influenced by how we are shaped and molded to define our journey. However, what if you walked away from it after a while, wanting to come back, but were denied? How do you fulfill your purpose that you were originally meant to do? United States Marine Corps veteran Leah Parker shares her story of how this occurred for her, and how it helped to become the best version of herself through the work that she does not only for her clients, but how she creates space for others to do the same. Her purpose will not only amaze you, but will inspire you to take action to truly "speak from the heart" in ways that you never thought were possible.

Recently, our show has featured a number of different coaches on the show that each have their unique value proposition (and niche!) that allows them to showcase what they have overcome in their journeys to seek out their willingness to help others. Today's guest, owner of RiseUp! Coaching, Kathy Baldwin, has a completely different story to tell as it comes to what she has learned in her over 40+ years of experience helping others to overcome life's "crap" that has been thrown. Priding herself in her ability to harvest the energy levels of individuals with the science and biology behind her methods of helping others, her unique story will leave you with wanting to hear more about how she overcame various trials in her life to become the best version of herself, while also challenging herself consistently to do the same with every client she interacts with. Becoming better is a never-ending process, and no matter who you work with, it's important to not only have a good fit, but to ensure that you create opportunities that will allow you to excel in any occasion that is presented for the rest of your life.
Guest Bio
Kathy’s journey to becoming an expert in the field of coaching has been both deeply personal and universally resonant. It began with her own quest for healing and understanding. Confronted with life’s adversities, she sought not just to cope, but to thrive. Through this pursuit, she uncovered the profound impact of Universal Laws on our everyday lives. She has studied energy healing, psychology, and the timeless wisdom of these laws, applying them first to her own life. The transformation was undeniable; stress became a catalyst for growth, and challenges turned into stepping stones towards success. This personal evolution sparked a passion to guide others on their paths. Kathy realized that her calling was to empower others to navigate their complexities and harness their innate potential, and facilitates transformative journeys, helping individuals and couples not only to resolve their issues but to emerge stronger, more aligned, and with a clearer vision of their desired future.

Have you ever heard this expression growing up as a child? The weight of having to follow a set of standards, especially when they are infallible to begin with. For neurodiverse individuals, this structure may seem great, but for others, it may feel that they are limiting you. During today’s episode, we explore why rules are sometimes tough to follow, especially when we may have differing beliefs, and how to have genuine conversations with those who set them. When all else fails, how we walk away from following the rules can also send a powerful positive message, when handled the right way.

Finding love means that you have to also understand what you are seeking. While many people may be fortunate to find this kind of experience early in their lives, others have to overcome many obstacles, including their own trials, to develop themselves to be capable of being desirable and "hard to get" on their own terms. How we each go about it, whether it is in our own personal relationships or the passions that we choose to pursue, means that we have to put in the hard work to accomplish this task. Today's guest, Navi Bliss, shares her unique story and the Four Pillars of Confidence that help anyone to achieve these exciting opportunities to match with someone (or their passions) that they wish to have. However, be forewarned - it is not as easy as it may seem. Through trial and error, the opportunities that we can explore in our lives can be sought with a clear focus, but also the confidence, to achieve relationships that will help us to move forward only if we are willing to work on ourselves to achieve our dreams and aspirations that are in our imagination to become reality.
