The great season of love, Valentine’s Day!

In this episode I meet with the lovely Marcela, MC MamaBird of the Empowered Soul podcast to talk about self-love in the context of Valentine’s Day. As they say, “You must love others before you love yourself.”

But Valentines is often when we choose to externalize our love: to impress or show gratitude for a lover. Great romantic expressions, dates, gifts, chocolate, roses. Often self-love is mostly in the context of being single during this time. What if we practiced self-love as well?
