A number of environmental and social factors contribute to feelings of loneliness, depression or isolation and general stress levels tend to increase during this time of the year. We call them the ‘holiday blues’, listen to Dr. Christopher Meyer and Dr. Julie LaCumbre as they discuss fundamental ways to handle holiday blues.

Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of motivation and/or interest in day to day living. It also leads to a variety of emotional and physical problems, but what causes depression and what can we do today to relieve symptoms.

Connection, defined by Brene Brown, is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard and valued. In today’s world more and more people are struggling with self-esteem, self-worth, anxiety and depression due to a culture that promotes disconnection.Join us on a journey to connection in our new therapy group!
