Center of Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) has been posting proposed rules for Medicare this past week. Already, CMS has issued the final rules for Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Hospices; and we are still awaiting the final rule on the Inpatient Hospital payment rules.
