On Wednesday May 18th, Eintracht Frankfurt lifted the Europa League trophy after beating Rangers on penalties in the final for their first piece of continental silverware in 42 years. It was a special night for German football and, while all of the Bundesliga Diaries were delighted with the Eagles’ victory, it was a particularly special night for one team member.

In this special episode, Mirko takes us through his trip to Seville, his desperate attempts to get his hands on a ticket, as well as the game itself.
