We really hope this helps those of you who might be experiencing something at the moment.  As mentioned in the podcast, if it seems to be beyond your control, it would be best to seek professional help.  We had a guest say, "why do people always want to remove spirits from their homes?  These spirits and entities have been there before you were even born, we have to learn to co-exist with them".  So we would advice the same things, if you are scared that you might be seeing things, bless them, pray for them, and ask them not to show themselves to you, coexistence is the key to a more harmonious experience :D
