Louise is a counsellor, working with neurodivergent children and their families (as well as some adult) and owns Off The Couch Therapy.

Louise was diagnosed late in life as Autistic and ADHD (AuDHD).

A lot of Louise's work revolves around what her business name suggests - getting off the couch! A lot of her therapy sessions are done out and about, immersing everyone in nature and all its beauty.

We discuss what her sessions tend to look like and the reasons why she decided to pursue this profession.
