In this episode I chat with Joline from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Joline is a mother to two sons, one of which is neurodivergent (Autistic and non-verbal).
In 2019, Joline decided to create a safe space for parents with neurodivergent children to attend and meet others who are going through similar journeys. Joline is the founder of Help You Cope, a not-for-profit that runs support groups and helps provide services within the Fairfield area of Sydney.
We speak about her NFP as well as her own journey with her son, swapping stories about overcoming communication barriers with our non-verbal children.
If you have any questions for Joline, please pop them in the questions section below and I'll be sure to pass them on for you.
