From winning stages of the Baby Giro to being the three-time US Criterium National Champion, Luke is now taking on the World Tour. In a much-anticipated interview, we chat with Luke about what it's like being thrown into the World Tour at 21 years old with Soudal Quickstep, how he feels about kit designs, behind the scenes of team camp, what he does in his spare time, his favorite restaurants in Northern California and how he is eagerly awaiting the moment he can join in on the Atlanta Airport Ride chaos.
This one-on-one with Nikki and Chad comes from the NICH Studio on an adventurous Sunday. Chad counts down the days to Miami from a C-Store parking lot on Highway 29. They go deep on the differences between run groups and ride groups, when Nikki’s preference for shaved legs came into being, and why runners should wear sunglasses. Chad recants his recommendation of Saltburn. They also explore the annoyance of January resolutions and why no one will ever impress Chad by going “dry” for only a month. Lastly, they talk through the inspiration for some kit designs in the works and rate the professional cycling kit designs of 2024.
In this episode we do what we love most...talk about dogs. Yep, we finally did an episode all about dogs. Our good friend Darius Daniels joins us in the studio to talk about how he got into the dog training business, who some of his clients are, his philosophy on training, and his favorite places to eat in Stone Mountain and Atlanta.

Happy New Year! Dropping at midnight, ring in the new year with us as we discuss 2024 predictions with a surprise guest.

Adam Katz Sinding (AKS) is a Copenhagen-based photographer who has shot for the likes of Tom Ford, Givenchy, Rick Owens, Louis Vuitton, and Vogue.
He’s published two books of his photography. His first book This is Not a F*cking Street Style Book featured a curated collection of some of his best images, taken both backstage at the shows and of the style-setters on the streets.
His second book, Live from F*cking Everywhere, explores culture and landmarks as he travels through over 35 countries across the globe, capturing beautiful photos along the way.
More importantly, Adam is a serious endurance athlete. So, of course, in true Nikki and Chad style, they spend most of the chatting about bikes and running.
We go deep on Adam’s insane long-distance rides, committing to never back-tracking, even if it means contracting hepatitis. Adam’s a big cat guy, so Nikki tried to help him figure out the perfect breed to fit his travel-heavy lifestyle.
We also go deep on Adam’s new project – CONTEXT – his unique way to express his perspective of relationships and the world around him.
You can find Adam on all the internets and on Instagram @AKS.
This week’s one-on-one catches up after a busy week in Connecticut and New York. Nikki ran in Central Park where the dogs roam free, we discover the tame chonky squirrels of Madison Square Park, a full review of Ignacio Mattos’ Corner Bar, Dimes Square, the disappointment of a holiday market, Joe and the Juice fixation food, a new dialect in Miami, does Taylor Switch deserve to be person of the year, getting to know Navy Seal Edward Byers and a client launch that brought a tear to the eye.
This week’s one-on-one with is a big one. Chad saved some runaway golden retrievers, but Florida State ruined his day by inexplicably being left out of the college football playoffs despite being undefeated. Why this is the only sport in the world that determines its champions based on the opinion of a small group of octogenarians. Chad thinks Spotify Wrapped is a competition, we go down a rabbit hole on Scott Galloway’s take on why so many young men are suffering from mental health issues, we chat top podcast recommendations, and what to get the guy who has everything.
This week’s guest is Todd Aidman, a partner in a national labor and employment law firm. An accomplished lifetime athlete, we chat about what to do when you’re “overhydrated” in a marathon, how hard an Ironman is compared to a Green Beret challenge, and working out in his garage with special forces operators. Todd is also a renowned expert on work-related legal topics, so we get into what’s going on with labor unions, the challenges facing diversity equity, and inclusion programs, whether non-compete agreements are enforceable, paid leave, pay transparency, return to office policies and his advice for young people. Before that, we get an update on Nikki’s much-anticipated half-marathon and why Chad is ready for everyone to start working again.
In this one-on-one, Nikki and Chad discuss what CHROs talk about in their networking meetings (RTO), feedback from last week’s episode, why Ryan Reynolds' “Welcome to Wrexham” is special, and the sad demise of GCN+. More importantly, we get a full review of the newly minted Michelin-star restaurant Atlas. Nikki gives her in-depth rare perfume gift-giving recommendations – just in time for Black Friday.
