Michelob Ultra. Des is a teacher and advocate for mental health, and mental health awareness. We chat about difficulties teaching 5th graders during COVID-19, mental health, how to overcome depression and anxiety, the recent passing of Des's father, and both of our relationships with our siblings.

White Claw and PBR. Dave is a police officer and former Boise State football player. We chat about Dave's fitness journey, his experiences losing weight and learning to eat right, his experiences as an officer working with K9s, and of course we reminisce about playing football.

Sapporo. Drax is a Probation and Parole Officer for the State of Idaho and a Jiu Jitsu enthusiast. We chat about probation and parole in the state, wearing masks, Jiu Jitsu, the constitution, and Drax's experiences in law school.

Potosi Cave Ale Amber Ale. Dave is an Air Force SERE instructor, CrossFit coach, and survival expert. We chat about Dave's recent deployment to Kuwait, Middle Eastern norms and laws, getting lost in the woods, Lewis and Clark, and climbing the highest peak in Idaho.

Modelo and Bud Light Cheladas. Nate is the host of The Nate Shelman Show on AM670 KBOI in Boise. Nate and I chat about the struggles of working in the radio business, growing up next to someone who is "connected," Cleveland Sports, how Nate got into radio, and how we all should focus a little less on money.

Stella Artois. Kiwi is a student, musician, and a disgruntled service industry employee. I wanted to bring Kiwi on the podcast because she has an insider's perspective of what is going on between the employees of Pie Hole and the new ownership. We chat about what led up to a lawsuit being filed against this local eatery, we also chat about gun ownership, libertarians, Marxism, term limits for Congress, music, and judging people based on what they look like.

The Dalmore 12 year. Zach is a financial lobbyist, former congressional staffer, and one of my best friends. We chat about Washington DC, 9/11, Zach's experiences with foreign affairs including riding on a nuclear attack submarine and a naval destroyer, Chinese and Taiwan relations, and travel.

Georgetown Brewing's Johnny Utah Pale Ale. Tyler is a Stryker sports medicine account representative and a former Boise State football player. We chat about working in the hospital setting, CrossFit and exercise, other former Boise State players, life after football, mental health, audio books, and traveling the world.

Nestle Bottled Water. Erin is a respiratory therapist, a CrossFit coach, mother of 2, and one of the most positive people that I have ever met. We chat about Mormons, CrossFit, our family heritages, hiking Mount Borah, running half marathons, and working in the hospital!

Leadslingers Bourbon. Rob is an Army Veteran and entrepreneur who has traveled all over the world for various reasons. We chatted about the recent Bosnian war and UN intervention in the Balkans, visiting Croatia, Roman and Mongol history, the current state of affairs in America, and how the media is trying to divide us as Americans.
