  • Ep 30: Stressed to Blessed with Alison Simmons

Oh boy, did Alison and I have fun on the pod this week. She is quickly becoming one of my favorite people. She is real, authentic, honest and bold in her faith. All things I want around me in life! Alison says she's a busy, audacious, outgoing, sometimes irritable, but always blessed, woman. Though she's have been a Believer for over a decade, she stopped investing in her relationship with the Lord years ago and found herself discontent and angry. She didn’t WANT to be that way, but she just couldn’t “get happy!” It wasn’t until she started making time for God and His Word every day, praying to Him unashamedly and listening for His response that things started to change.  She shares today how she's come a long way in her walk with Jesus since then and now her mission is to help other stressed out moms reclaim their joy through a relationship with Jesus. Grab a cup of coffee and come chat with Alison and I! You can find her on Instagram @graceoverperfection_podcast and you'll want to binge her podcast like I did. • Ep 29: Fight for your life with Emily Yerick

This episode filled my cup! As you'll hear Emily and I have known each other a long time, but weren't close outside of work. Here you'll hear Emily share her experiences (highs and lows), vulnerable real talk about food addiction, and her very big whys that keep her going every day. This episode is a little longer than my usual, but let's be honest. I couldn't cut one minute out of this.
