  • Ep 76: Finding JOY in the Kitchen with Tricia Clark
I needed this episode!!!  The conversation was about so much more than meal prep and feeding our loved ones.  It was about getting time back, finding joy in the process, and leaning into what it really means to break bread together.  If you're maxed out, overwhelmed, and tired of trying to think of things to cook for your family, please listen to this one!
Tricia Clark is the CEO of Tricia’s Bites of Life.  After 25 years in corporate America, she decided to turn her love of cooking and entertaining into a business.  She’s a Cooking Coach/Kitchen Mentor with a passion to help stressed & overwhelmed working moms save time and transform their cooking experience into fun, confidence, and adventure so they can get more joy out of mealtime and create more memorable moments with her friends & family.  She believes the energy you put into meal planning and cooking can be felt and tasted in the food and the mood around the table.  She's on a mission to heal the world, one meal at a time.
    Enjoy!

  • Ep 75: Create a Community with Christie Thompson

I love it when real-life friends come on the pod with me.  Grateful for the time Christie gave to us and the beautiful conversation we had.  This episode is all about creating a community that you can lean into and not being afraid to say yes to that invite.  Can't wait for you all hear from her.

Christie is a wife of 9 years to her hubby Craig; she is a mom of two busy cuties; Kylie is 7 and Kayson is 2 1/2.  She is strong in her faith and truly believes life is about the lessons God is teaching us...allowing us to step into our greatness if we lean into the growth He offers us.  She has built an incredible business and team, and most importantly, COMMUNITY, which focuses on helping others look and feel their best.  She has become passionate about learning and providing value to her clients and team every day.  She prides herself on being a connector, and giving, especially moms, a place to be seen, heard, and thrive!  It's amazing what happens when you speak life and love over others and give them a place to grow.  Christie has built a team to the Vice President level of her business and has earned numerous awards and trips, but to her, though all that is nice...the best part is creating an example for her kids and even her friends, to dream so big it makes your tummy flip.  After all, it costs no more to dream big than to dream small. So why not go for it! We only have this one life!

    I loved this chat!

Teresa Ramirez is a Motivational Speaker/Kindness Ambassador for loving parents who want to raise kind children.  Today’s parents can see how some troubled teens are turning to devastating acts of violence because they see no other way.  Consequently, parents want to make sure they are doing everything in their power to raise healthy, happy, kind children.  Through her enlightening videos, blog posts and fun with bubbles style, she’s here to inspire you to create fun, happy moments with your child through acts of kindness.  And when she’s not coaching, you can find her enjoying her pets, hiking and indulging in the occasional wine tasting weekend.

  • Ep 72: My life verse
Do you have a life verse?  One that you turn to and gets you through?  My life verse is Romans 12:12, "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."  I feel like anything I'm in the middle of or looking forward to or nervous about, this is what I can control.
In this episode I unpack this verse a little bit and encourage you to have your own that you lean on.

  • Ep 70: Creating Healthy Boundaries with Jessica Houston
If you want a real-life, meaty talk about boundaries this is the episode for you.  I learned so much from my friend, Jessica, and know that someone out there needs this one.  She has such a vulnerable spirit and beautiful way of framing this sometimes tough conversation.
Jessica is a boundary and self-acceptance coach. She works primarily with women and girls, teaching them to embrace who they are, feel comfortable in their own skin and confident taking up space.  She is a gem!
Thankful for the opportunity to sit down with her and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
