We often get so caught up in the "doing" i.e. all of the things that we busy ourselves with in life, that we rarely stop to ask ourselves, "why?" Should I have done things this way or that way? This way of thinking gets us stuck in the past. We second guess ourselves based on the "should factor" whether imposed on ourselves or the pressure we may encounter from others. It's important to ask ourselves, "Why am I following a particular path?" Or why did I respond in the way that I did to a given situation? If we ask ourselves these questions we honor our inner personal journey of understanding what aligns with our true self. This helps us move beyond the "should factor" to the inner peace of knowing that we are putting our best efforts into each action we take and reminds us that we are enough.

In a world brimming with challenges and opportunities, the concept of "spinning the light" emerges as a powerful metaphor for living fully and authentically. To spin the light means to move through life with passion and purpose, letting your inner radiance shine, and reflecting your true self into the world. This process not only uplifts your personal journey but also has the remarkable power to elevate the frequency of everyone and everything around you. Spinning the light requires authenticity. It means dropping the masks and stepping into your truth, no matter how vulnerable or unconventional it may feel. People are drawn to this realness, finding inspiration and courage to be more authentic themselves. In this way, your light becomes contagious, sparking transformation in others. The light you spin is not isolated—it ripples out, touching the lives of those you interact with. Humanity is deeply interconnected; our energies, choices, and attitudes affect the collective. When you shine your brightest, you raise not only your own frequency but also the vibration of your community and beyond.

Sometimes we feel intimated or embarrassed to ask for help. The truth is that we all need help at times and that's okay. We often hold ourselves back and delay our progress because we are afraid to ask for a little assistance. We can get in our own way by thinking that we can figure something out on our own and while it may seem like a quality, to be determined and self reliant, it can also prevent us from moving forward. Remember that even in asking for help we are having an action which allows us to keep the momentum rolling.
The very fundamentals basis of being human is our ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion for one another. Our humanity is our commonality. When we are able to see others through this lens we give ourselves the opportunity to demonstrate our most valuable strengths. When we give others the space to be who they are and feel comfortable in their own skin regardless of religion, culture, gender, or any other aspect, we allow the expression of the fullness of life. When we embrace our humanness we set ourselves free.
