• Fear of judgment can block blessings. Maryann got real about hesitating to launch a GoFundMe campaign because of what others might think.
• Putting up the shield of favor. Inspired by Psalm 5:12, she envisions God’s favor like a force field that neutralizes arrows of judgment. Pretty epic.
• The GoFundMe campaign wasn’t just about money. It was about inviting others into a love story and letting her son feel deeply valued by her community.
• God provides new money for new missions. She heard the phrase “New money for New Zealand” and ran with it. Spoiler: it worked.
• Despise not small beginnings. Her first contribution was just $197, but she didn’t let it kill the vibe. That verse kept her anchored.
• Miracles snowballed. A random client showed up. An old domain sold for $2,500. The funds added up fast—and all within a week.
• Faith takes action. Buying the plane ticket was her “stake in the ground” moment—and yes, it came with a minor panic attack. Still worth it.
• “Love the lie, kiss it goodbye.” Maryann’s process for dealing with negative beliefs is as brilliant as it is poetic.
• Overflow blessing. Her $10k target turned into $20k, and none of it came from savings. Just pure co-creation with the Lord.
• God likes making money with us. Her free manifesting miracles course led people to hire her—bringing in around $50k to $60k without even pitching.
• "Too freeing for me." One person found her teaching too liberating. That’s one way to know you’re walking in bold truth.
• Co-creation starts with joy, not obligation. Maryann only produces when it feels aligned and joyful—not out of “shoulds.” It shows.
• The real goal? Transformation. Whether someone takes one step or a giant leap, it’s all about moving toward God and stepping into favor.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• The phrase "easiest, smoothest, most enjoyable ___ ever" became her declaration, it shaped her reality. (Smoothest house hunt and move during a pandemic? What?!)
• Even a hard-nosed IRS agent wasn’t immune to love-fueled persuasion. Once Maryann spoke to her value and humanity, Cynthia flipped from "not my problem" to bending over backwards to help.
• Favor doesn't play by human rules—not government, not paperwork delays. Favor gets things done.
• Rest isn’t irresponsible—it’s radical trust. She had to learn that slowing down, being still, and breathing in God’s name wasn’t laziness—it was an act of faith in her true Source.
• The flooring saga was a test in patience, but even that came full circle with the contractors asking for Maryann…because they wanted to please her. Favor strikes again.
• Fear of loss snuck in quietly—even after the breakthrough—in the form of an annoying inner gnat whispering, “What if you lose it?”
• Reframing responsibility was key—Maryann went from “it’s all on me” to fully embracing the “with” in co-creating with God. That little word shifted everything.
• Maryann’s “favor framework” isn’t just spiritual theory—it’s strategic reality. She consciously chose to expect that people (yes, even an IRS agent) loved to help her, and she watched the atmosphere shift because of it.
• The lie “it’s all on you” is a toxic one, and Maryann called it out. It’s sneaky, persistent, and it feeds burnout like wildfire.
• The antidote? Meditation, contemplation, and breathing in Yahweh. Literally. That’s how she tuned back in to divine peace.
• She realized that old survival wiring from abandonment still lurked beneath the surface, telling her to hustle harder instead of resting in God’s provision.
• Even miracle-laden lives get hit with doubt, like the Israelites in the wilderness. And just like them, we need heart rewiring to truly live as heirs, not orphans.
• Triggers aren’t setbacks—they’re signals, revealing the next layer to heal. And Maryann’s all in for doing the inner work, even if it takes a lifetime.

   Whether you’re birthing breakthrough in your family or contending for cities, the Overshadowed group is for anyone who wants to co-create with God and bring heaven to earth. Inspired by encounters with God’s overshadowing presence, this group is a training ground for spiritual midwives of the new era.
   
   
6. Find your voice, but tune in to the room.
   Virginia encourages people to speak up and bring their piece—but with sensitivity. It’s not about dominating; it’s about flowing with others in harmony, especially in a Kingdom-centered space. Be bold and aware.
   
   
7. Learn to catch the corporate wave.
   In Christ-focused gatherings here’s a “higher stream” that flows above all our individual musings. It’s the corporate move of God. Tuning into that requires rising above your bubble and listening beyond your own circumstances.
   
   
8. You’re not a thermometer—you’re a thermostat.
   Virginia reminds us: we’re not just called to reflect the atmosphere; we carry the authority to shift it. Don’t just report the spiritual weather—set the spiritual tone with your presence. That’s Kingdom maturity in action. 
   
   
9. We’re not stuck in our Zoom boxes.
   Don’t let screens fool you—we’re one in Spirit. Bralynn and Virginia both affirm that spirit-travel and unity across the globe is possible. We’re wired for spirit-to-spirit communication. The church has only scratched the surface of what’s possible when we meet together in the spirit. These Zoom rooms can literally be launching pads for spiritual transformation across nations.
   
   
10. Science is finally catching up with the Bible
    What used to sound mystical now has brainwave studies and quantum physics backing it up. Our spiritual experiences are legit, and science is starting to prove it.
    
    
11. Sustained spiritual practice requires real commitment
    This isn’t a “dabble for a few weeks” kind of lifestyle. It takes intentionality and consistency over the long haul. The tyranny of the urgent is killing depth – So many people are overwhelmed with options, driven by FOMO, and never committing to one thing long enough to bear fruit.
    
    
12. The enemy’s top tactic is fragmentation and distraction
    Not just with sin, but with good things that pull us away from divine assignments. We get spread too thin to go deep. The kingdom calls for discipline and intentional pursuit.
    
    
13. Melchizedek order means we legislate from heaven and manifest on earth. Our priesthood is not Levitical. We operate from a higher realm and see fruit in the natural. We’re called to translate spiritual concepts into real life – Too often, church doesn’t equip people to live the supernatural in the everyday. That’s why they come to us.

1. Your blueprint comes with grace.
   When God gives you a vision, He also releases the grace to walk it out—but you have to partner with Him for learning and stewarding it according to His will. Spiritual maturity unlocks new levels of authority and responsibility.
   
   
2. Spiritual downloads require natural action.
   Receiving a divine strategy isn't enough; implementation matters. That’s where support, systems, and mentors come in.
   
   
3. Spirit-led deconstruction is not destruction — it’s transformation.
   Virginia talked about how God sometimes brings “total annihilation” — not to destroy us, but to prune, refine, and rebuild on a Kingdom blueprint. It’s not always comfy, but it’s deeply fruitful.
4. We’re in a cosmic shift — the old wineskin is being dismantled.
   This isn’t just a personal journey. We’re all living in a time where God is shaking up systems, structures, and spiritual norms. The old container can’t hold what’s coming — and that includes how we do groups, church, and business.
   
   
5. Don’t Abandon Connection—Redefine It
   Just because the old church model is fading doesn’t mean we’re not meant to gather. We’re wired for connection, so we need to ask: “What does the new thing look like, and how do we birth it?”
   
   
6. Hold Fast to Eternal Principles
   We can’t throw out the core truths—but we must let go of the forms they once took. Not everyone is in the same place spiritually—designing entry points into your community and setting expectations keeps the group strong.
   
   
7. Ecclesia is not a hangout.
   It's not even a prayer and worship gathering. True ecclesia is governmental—it’s about authority, alignment, getting Father’s will for a situation and bringing heaven’s justice into the earth.
   
   
8. You need language alignment.
   A shared vocabulary builds unity. Courses or launch pads help bring group members to the same spiritual "page."
   
   
9. Tech will make or break your group.
   Free tools often don’t integrate well. Investing in good tech saves massive headaches later.
   
   
10. It’s okay to phase your business.
    Don’t launch everything at once. Tier your offers and grow with grace—just like Virginia’s 3-tier mentorship model.
    
    
11. Mentorship requires flexibility and flow.
    It’s not one-size-fits-all. Be prepared to adjust and pivot as your group’s needs emerge.
    
    
12. Kingdom communities must be cultivated.
    Many people don’t have a church that speaks their language. Online mentoring groups fill that gap beautifully.
    
    
13. Don't despise humble beginnings.
    Rocky starts, tech challenges, and clunky systems are part of the process—God still uses them.
    
    
14. Teaching vs. facilitating is a balance.
    Mature groups don’t always need constant teaching—they need space to practice governing, collaborate, and grow.
    
    
15. God is in the structure, too.
    Strategy, systems, tech, and leadership all carry the anointing when they’re aligned with His vision.

1.Growth mindset = God’s setup for breakthrough
Dr. Dave breaks it down: if you’re not open to learning and growing, you’re basically blocking the upgrade God wants to give you. A growth mindset says, “There’s more!” A fixed mindset says, “I’ve arrived.” Spoiler alert: God loves working with people who still think there's more to discover.

2. Reset your people, reset your path
This one hits deep—if you don’t like where you’re headed, it might be time to check your circle. You're the average of your top three friends. Want to level up? Surround yourself with folks who are spiritually and financially rich, who think bigger and dream Kingdom-sized dreams.

3. R7 is the roadmap for real results
Dr. Dave’s “R7” framework isn’t just a snappy name—it’s a powerhouse process that includes steps like Reset, Destiny, Vision, Strategy, Brand, Communication, Prayer, and Action. It’s doing the work of digging that ends up with a rock-solid foundation for your life and business.

4. Biblical principles are baked into the blueprint
Proverbs 15:10, “In the multitude of counsel there is wisdom,” isn’t just good advice—it’s part of the strategy. Dr. Dave works with Christian leaders and makes sure God’s Word is woven into the work. Pride is out, humility and wise counsel are in.

5. Don’t Skip the Strategy—Creative Alone Won’t Cut It
Jumping straight into branding and creative assets without first locking in your vision and strategy is like lighting a match in a windstorm. It flares up fast... and burns out just as quick. Want long-term impact? Slow burn with a solid strategy.

6. Want to Cut Through the Noise? Use Hero vs. Villain
We’re swimming in 17,000+ impressions a day (yikes), and our attention span is toast. To break through, create a clear narrative. People connect emotionally when there’s a hero and a villain. Bonus tip: the hero doesn’t need to be perfect, but the villain better be memorable.

7. Your Brand Isn’t What You Say—It’s What They Feel
Your brand isn’t just your logo or color palette. It’s every touchpoint—email, website, tone of voice—all rolled into one emotional experience. People either feel a connection... or they don’t. The goal? Be intentional, or your brand will still say something, just maybe not what you want.

8. Make Them the Hero—You’re the Guide
Major mindset shift: You are not the hero of your brand story. Your audience is. Whether it’s a customer, donor, or guest—they need to feel like the center of the journey. Your job? Be their guide. Think Yoda, not Luke. Be the Obi-Wan of your niche.

9. Pray, Think, and Taste-Test Your Vision
Don’t just slap your mission, vision, and brand together and call it done. Like chili, it might look good in the pot, but does it taste right? Take a step back, pray over it, reflect, and ask, “Lord, is this really what You want me to cook up?” (Bonus: Ask yourself—should I start, stop, or continue?)

10. God Might Pull the Plug—and That’s Okay
Even after investing time and money, sometimes God just says “Nope.” Dr. Dave reminds us: that’s not failure—it’s divine redirection. You’re not alone if a seemingly great opportunity gets shut down. It happens to the best of us.

11. Ask the Big 5-Year Question
Before jumping in, ask God: “Is this what I’m supposed to be doing for the next 5 years?” This isn’t just a weekend project. If you’re going to commit, make sure heaven’s backing it.

12. Don’t Just Dream—Test It Out
A/B testing isn’t just for marketers. Send your ideas into the wild—get feedback, observe reactions, tweak and repeat. Whether it’s formal surveys or just gauging real responses, testing brings clarity.

13. Take Action (But Not First!)
Action is step 7, not step 1. Don’t jump the gun. Lay the foundation first, then move. Faith isn’t passive—yes, you’ve got to move—but not without preparation. God can move a parked car, but He’d rather you turn the ignition.

I had the absolute joy of talking with Dr. Dave Jones—and what a powerful conversation it was! He shared his personal journey from religion to deep Kingdom revelation, and how a divine encounter opened his eyes to the truth of who we really are in Christ.Dave carries a bold vision to see sons and daughters awakened to their true identity and walk in Kingdom authority—not someday, but now. We talked about leaving behind fear-based thinking, accessing the unseen realm, and living from the spirit as a daily reality.His story is full of heart, hunger, and Holy Spirit fire. Dave grew up in Western Pennsylvania and spent most of his early childhood and adult life in and out of hockey rinks around the world; playing in cities such as Ottawa, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids. His love and skill for hockey lead into a professional career in Europe playing in many countries including Luxemburg, Russia, Slovakia, Switzerland and finally Germany.

For over 13 years, Dave has worked NHL, NFL, Track and Field, and CrossFit athletes with their mental preparation, and hundreds of organizational leaders and executives around the world. Dave’s personal vision is to unify excellence in the marketplace. He has founded 4 thriving companies in the Raleigh, North Carolina community. Dave Jones has B.S. in Management Studies from the University of Maryland, European Division.

He also earned his Doctorate in Sport Psychology in 2024 after a long pursuit and determination. Dave is a sports consultant who coaches CEOs, executives, professional athletes to help achieve their vision, by executing and developing mental skills training, and enhancing thought blocking techniques.

He works with organization leaders on their strategy, execution and communication, and managing the gaps between employees and management.As a thought leader and highly motivated individual, Dave engages executive teams by consulting on analytics, oversight of talent initiatives, and one-on-one coaching. He helps leaders improve the effectiveness of their organizations, by utilizing practices such as strategic planning, mental skills training, organizational assessment, and team interventions.Dave and his wife Laura currently reside in Raleigh, NC and have two young boys.

HIGHLIGHTS:

1. Slapshot to Salvation
   A literal slapshot to the face (yes, like broken-nose, nerve-damage kind of slapshot) became the divine wake-up call that pivoted Dave’s life. Sometimes it really does take a hockey puck to the face to hear God clearly.
   
   
2. Jesus Over Hangovers
   At 16, fresh off a state championship and a hangover, Dave had a holy interruption when his brother from Moody Bible Institute asked him if he wanted to keep living like that—or receive Jesus. Hungover or not, Dave said yes to Jesus.
   
   
3. Grace-Fueled Grit
   He barely passed high school, but chased knowledge like a beast and just finished his PhD (hello, Dr. Dave!)—proving that being “not academic” doesn’t disqualify you when God’s the one writing your story.
   
   
4. Marketing Ministry that Moves Mountains
   Dave has been running M is Good for 24 years, managing $1.6 million a month in ad spend for 38 Christian orgs globally. It’s not just marketing; it’s ministry with strategy and Holy Spirit-led messaging.
   
   
5. Turtle on a Fence Post Wisdom
   His favorite analogy: if you see a turtle on a fence post, you know it didn’t get there by itself. That’s how he sees his journey—with God as the one lifting him higher than he could ever climb on his own.
   
   
6. God doesn’t always pick the obvious candidates—so relax.
   Dr. Dave reminds us that God tends to use the least expected people to do powerful things. You don’t have to be a marketing guru to start a Christian marketing business (he sure wasn’t)—you just have to say yes and be willing to figure things out as you go.

1. Confidence isn’t always spiritual—it can come from just doing what you love.
   Confidence doesn’t have to float down from heaven on a cloud. Sometimes it’s built in the trenches—or on the ice rink. Dr. Dave leaned on the grit and resilience he learned from sports to push through early business doubts and roadblocks.
   
   
2. Ask the hard question: “Am I usable?”
   While soaking in a worship song about being used by God, Dr. Dave had a wake-up moment. He asked himself if he was actually in a place where God could use him. That led to some personal soul-searching and change. A humbling reminder that being “called” doesn’t mean skipping character work.
   
   
3. Don’t over-spiritualize—just listen, think, and align.
   Dave’s not the type to claim burning bush moments. Instead, he hears from God through alone time, journaling, and reading Scripture. His method? Follow peace, check the fruit, and if it’s not hurting anyone (including himself), take a step forward and see if things line up.
   
   
4. What knocks you down doesn’t define you.
   That slapshot to the face (literal blood and trauma) taught him a deep truth: Painful events don’t get to label you. Whether it’s a business failure or personal screw-up, it’s just a moment—not your identity. Shake it off, reset, and remember who you are.
   
   
5. “If you don’t like who you are, you can change it” — and Dave did!
   One simple statement from a mentor changed everything for Dave. He turned off the TV for two years, devoured 30 books, and jumpstarted a whole new trajectory for his life.
   
   
6. Bookworm phase = Destiny shift
   Those two years of focused reading didn’t just upgrade his mindset—they altered his impact. Talk about a ripple effect! Sometimes the quiet seasons with a stack of books are what set you up for legacy-level impact.
   
   
7. Divine ambush in Germany
   On what was supposed to be just a business trip, Dave gets singled out by an apostle at church, receives a powerful word, hits the floor, and has a Holy Spirit encounter that shakes him to his core. Not your average business travel story.
   
   
8. The birth of “R7” from a spiritual download
   That prophetic moment planted a seed that grew into his full-blown life and business framework: R7. It came through soaking, wrestling, believing—and waiting. God even sent mentors for each piece of it, for free. That’s what we call Kingdom provision.
   
   
9. He didn’t shelve the word—he stewarded it
   Even though he didn’t act right away, Dave didn’t dismiss or forget the word he got in Germany. He sat with it, prayed about it, and waited on God’s timing. That’s a masterclass in how to honor a word from the Lord without rushing it.

Yep, Darby and I just kept talking and decided to hit record!
All truth is God’s truth! Even non-believers can use spiritual principles. We, as maturing Sons of God, need to be operating at a higher level of understanding, power, and authority to bring more heaven to earth!

HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Spiritual laws work—whether you know Jesus yet or not. 
Just because someone isn't in a church pew doesn't mean they’re not getting results. Why? Because they’re tapping into spiritual principles that God wired into the universe. All truth is God’s truth—even if people stumble into it without knowing the Source. It's not New Age magic; it's divine design. Now, if they are accessing this power outside of Christ, there will be a price to pay. Jesus already paid the price for us as believers to access this spiritual power.

2. The enemy doesn’t create—he imitates.
Satan has zero original ideas. He can only copy God's systems and twist them. That means when people use spiritual tools the wrong way, it's not because the tools are bad—it's because they’re being hijacked. The original blueprint? Still God's.

3. We’re wired to desire—but only God fulfills.
Desire isn’t sinful. It’s sacred. We were designed with desire on purpose—by God. The problem is when we try to satisfy that desire outside of Him. So what are addictions? Misguided attempts to fill a divine ache that only Jesus can satisfy.

4. You’re not just a spectator—you’re a co-creator.
We’re not meant to just pray “Your will be done” and sit around waiting. We were created to go into heaven, see what God wants, and bring it here. That’s not some woo-woo theology—it’s kingdom responsibility. You’ve got authority, and you’re built to orchestrate things from the spiritual realm.

5. Comfort is the enemy of calling.
When everything shakes (and it will), what’s really being tested is where your security lies. Are you clinging to the conveniences of the world, or are you anchored in the unshakeable kingdom? The illusion of safety keeps people stuck—but you? You were made for more than microwave faith and spiritual autopilot.

6. Don’t Be Impressed by the Supernatural if Your Life’s a Mess.
You can have visions, dreams, or talk about angels all day, but if your life looks like chaos, something's off. The fruit matters. Real encounters with God should produce real transformation. Don’t settle for hype—go after what actually works.

7. Truth Isn’t Just a Concept—It’s a Person.
Darby drops a truth bomb here: transformation happens in layers, but the ultimate goal isn't just knowledge—it’s relationship. Jesus is the capital T Truth, and the more you engage with Him, the freer and more aligned your life becomes.

8. Ask God for Real—He’ll Show Up.
Forget arguing theology. If someone’s skeptical, just dare them to ask God to reveal Himself. He’s not hiding. Darby even “double dog dares” people to pray a one-liner—and guess what? People encounter God. Because He’s real, and He loves the invitation.

9. We’ve Got Something Better Than New Age: A Personal God.
You can experiment with breathwork or study the laws of attraction, but the difference for believers is relationship. The Kingdom life isn’t just metaphysical principles—it’s grace, truth, and a God who walks with you. And that changes everything.

10. Mind Renewal Is About Releasing, Not Striving.
You're not trying to become something new—you’re uncovering who you already are in Christ. Religion piles stuff on. Kingdom peels it off so your true identity can shine. You’re not fighting for victory—you’re living from it.
