Spirit of Truth/The Bible on Trial

Currency~ In your mind's eye picture water in a stream flowing down hill. This water is guided by the banks of the stream, that changes the direction of the flow of the water based on the topography of the land, flowing left and right as the land dictates. If it rains, more water is added to te stream, and can cause the stream to overflow the banks and possibly do damage to the surrounding terrain. As the water in the stream flows down hill it will reach an join a slightly larger stream, and that stream may join a river, the banks of which must be larger than the stream in order to accomidate the now larger mass of water. The current can also change from fast to slow dependiing on the depth of the river or stream; a shallow stream flows faster, a deep stream flows more slowly, and this all depends on the pitch of the elevation change; steeper equals faster. Money is the water. The flow of this money is the currency, and is directed by the banks (as a stream), that are financial institutions that guide this money from the source, the manufacturors, to the end users, the consumers. The banks absorb some of this money/water, as a fee for providing the means of directing the flow of money.  But what if the money they are directing is not based on any kind of physical standard, such a precious metals, or in-ground commodities (i.e., consumable plants, or petroleum)? What then is this money worth? Nothing. It's value would be based soley upon the "full faith and credit" of the entity that issued that money/currency. Truth is the currency of the Kingdom of the Heavens. Lies are the currency of the kingdom of this world. One is worth everything because it's value is based upon a standard that is like gold, the words of the author of Truth, Jesus.. The other is worth nothing, because it is based upon lying words of Satan, and an intangible 'faith' that has no value in and of itself.

Joh 9:41  Jesus said to them, "If you were blind, you would have no sin; but since you say, 'We see,' your sin remains. Words are the foundation of both truth and lies. Without words there would be neither. With words there are both. If you take some flour, water, yeast and salt and combine them properly you can end up with a loaf of bread. You can also take the same ingredients and combine them differently and get wall paper paste.  Words in proper combination are truth, but in a different combination these same words are lies. The defining issue is how and by whom are they given. A person can believe a lie as if it is the truth, simply because those words are what they want to hear, not what they need to hear. Another person can believe the Truth against the most beautiful lies because they are convicted by the very same words in different combinations that caused another person to believe those truthful words are a lie. Jesus was familiar with this as he confronted the Pharisees that demanded that He give them proof that He was 'of God. Joh 9:39  And Jesus said, "For judgment I came into this world, so that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may become blind." When Truth is presented it is the Words that reveal that Truth, not belief. Truth and Lies are both believable, it is the words behind them that reveal their nature. This is why having a gold standard of truth is important in believing Truth rather than lies. The words of Jesus are that standard, believe them.

Join Spirit of Truth Ministry on Friday September 9. 2022 and listen to our program The Bible on Trial at 10AM PDT on: blogtalkradio.com/sot, for another episode that will bring us further toward a more complete understanding of the Truth about where we are in time, and what is happening right now, and in the near future, that will lead us to the Kingdom of God. Prophecy IS being fulfilled, just in a way that most Bible scholars and Bible teachers have not seen, and are not looking for, and do not understand. Rick Sterling brings a unique and fascinating new look at the prophecies in Daniel 2 and Revelation 10, that will explain why we are not right now in the Time of Trouble such as never was, and how these Death Road prophecies will NEVER be fulfilled, since the Life Road prophecies have taken over. You will not hear these concepts anywhere else. See you then.

Frustration~ There are many things that can cause frustration in human beings; loosing your car keys, high gas prices, heat waves, car problems, children problems, and the list goes on. Frustration is a part of daily life in our modern world, especially when technology doesn't work properly. You mini-computer, often called a cel-phone, is one of those technologies that can be the most rewarding items in you life, that can help you in a huge variety of ways. But when that remarkable device breaks it can be one of the most frustrating events we face. We have come to rely heavily on this device to do so many things in our daily lives, things we no longer find challenging because if we need a recipe, or need to check our bank balance, contact our friends or loved ones, or find directions to a previously unknown location, it is no more than opening the phone, touching an App Icon, and 'voila', you have your answer and you are on your way. So when this device does not perform properly, for any number of seemingly esoteric reasons that cause loss of connectivity, it can stop us in our tracks. We can lose contact with our world because or a software glitch that has shut down our ability to connect with our family, friends, co-workers, the world, our LIFE. Yet we hardly ever think about losing connection with our spiritual nature and God; that Divine connectivity that that can help deminish the frustrations of our temporal life, by making it possible to stay connected to the source of our Spiritual/Eternal life. We hardly ever think about this connection, except maybe in particularly frustrating or scary situations. Then we go to God for help. To find true peace we need a constant connection with the Father, and we can do this through spending time with the words of Jesus.

No Peace~ "Therefore do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known." Matt. 10:26. "Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword." Matt. 10 34. Last night, and for the first time in American history, a POTUS villified more than half of the nation by essentially saying they were traitors to Democracy. Think about those words for a moment. Are those words true? If the USA is presented as a democracy by the Authorities then people that are citizens of this country that understand the Constitution know we are actually living in a Constitutional Republic, and NOT a democracy, are in fact traitor to those words that defined our political system as democracy. The President was, in actual fact, speaking the truth when He called US traitors to democracy. But what are we traitor too? The current proposition of those 'in power' in America today want us to believe that the political and social systems that now govern the people of the USA, that have led us to an impass of understanding that promotes corruption at the highest level of government, where the elite have special privilages 'in' law that the regular folk do not, that the money that is taken from the people in taxes belongs to the government and not the people, and this is right and normal, and needs to stay that way forever. Jesus faced a similar situation when He was on earth. The Leadership of Israel had taken power away from God and given it to themselves to do whatever they wished. And when Jesus pointed tout his purfidy to the people these leaders decided He must die. There is a time coming soon, and now is, when the lies that have been told in both the political and spiritual realms will be revealed, and that which is hidden will become clear. Revealing the Lie is when TRUE peace is found!

The Days of Elijah~ Yes, I know we are not there yet, but New Years Celebrations are 'only' about 4 months away. Given what has happened this year in the politic there are many people that are hoping for a better 'New' year that will put and end to some of the overt attempts by the current administration in the US (and indeed the world) to put the citizenry under political, medical and financial 'lock and key', by moving the world into a 'new world order'.  As was expressed on the program yesterday, we are NOT going into a period of horror and pain as has been seen in prophecy for thousands of years. The time for that to have happened is in the past. However, the Deep State players are trying to make those events happen, because if they can do so it would put them in the drivers seat, and make Satan the ruler of the world, as was listed in Revelation 13 and on. What we do know is that those things WILL NEVER HAPPEN, because the time for those prophecies to have been fulfilled has come and gone. We are seeing the final death throws of the snake that has already had its head cut off, but is still trying to bite its victims. This is not a nice time to be alive on earth, but it is an exciting time to be alive, when you know that the outcome has already been decided: "I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom". Dan. 7:22-23. The Elijah type person that is to come prior to the coming of the King will announce the change from the previous understanding of prophecy to the New understanding that heralds a time of peace and prosperity to the entire world, when the prophecies of the Seven Thunders are revealed (Rev. 10).  These are the days of that Elijah!

If you have been listening to our programs for any length of time you know that even though the content is (frankly) amazing, and can't be found anywhere else on the internet in any form, you also know that we have been having problems with the 'jittering' of the sound quality for some time. This has been something of a conundrum, in that I have looked at a variety of causes, and larger variety of soluitions. to now apparent avail.  I have cleaned the sockets on the mix board and the mic cables, I have changed out mic cables, changed microphones, upgraded the WiFi to 500 Mbps, upgraded our plan on BTR, changed the router, spent time with the and have done everything I know how to do to solve the problem and get rid of these 'jitters', except for one thing that I didn't think of until yesterday. The problem with solutions to these kinds of problems is that they are too simple. It was a combination of too many people on a single FIOS circuit in our 10 to 11 AM time slot, and not enough band width on our wireless service to keep things running smoothly, even with the upgraded wireless service. All I did was find and buy a Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, and plug my Mac Book Pro into the router with an Ethernet cable - problem solved. The solution had been in sight for years, and I didn't see it until yesterday, because I didn't know what to look for. We often look for solutions to our deepest problems with complex and expensive fixes, when if we had recognized what was in front of us we could have affected the fix we needed to accomplish our goal. This is especially poignant when that problem is something we don't even realize is a problem in the first place. And this problem is that salvation does not work the way we have been taught. The solution is to read, learn, and practice the words given to us by Jesus Himself, that were in front of us the whole time.

Join Spirit of Truth Ministry for our program The Revelation of jesus with Rick Sterling. We will be 'on air' at 10AM PDT on: blogtalkradio.com/sot. You won't be disappointed, but you will be challenged in your thinking and decision making methods.

Pain Management~ The most simple explanation of pain is that it hurts. This seems obvious and self evident, especially if you have lived long enough to have experienced pain in it's various forms. There are four primary categories of pain (one is not necessarily more prevaient than the other) three of which are physical, mental, and emotional pain. They all crossover with each other; physical pain can over time become emotional. Mental stress can generate actual negative physical responses. Emotional pain can actually degrade mental acuity and activity.  Pain management can be accomplished in two ways, from within, from without, or a combination of both. Pain management is the key to physical healing after a severe accident, a heart attack, or a major cancer fight. I know this from personal experience. in many cases this requires medication that will  reduce the pain to a level where you are not concentrating on the pain, and can concentrate on the healing. All pain management requires expert help in mitigating the pain in just the right way, so that the method of management does not overpower either the physical, mental or emotional responses in a negative way. Relying on one option to the exclusion of others can often lead to addiction. Today the most common addiction is to drugs that are  inappropriate because of cause, amount, or being self-administered.  We all long to be healed from our pain, and we must be very careful in choosing the quality of 'expert' we use to affect the healing. The fourth area in which we can have pain is in the Spiritual realm. Not being able to find the answers that you seek in understanding who you are in relationship to God, or worse, believeing that you know that answer to the exclusion of and unseen truth, can be very stressful. How to find answers to this is why Spirit of Truth Ministry exists.

De-classified, Re-classified~ The latest news as of yesterday is that some of the previously de-classified top secret material that was taken from Mar-a-lago in the FBI raid this past week had been re-classified as top secret without notifying the ex-President or his lawyers of this fact, and without asking for it to be returned via the usual channels. This is an illegal and blatant attempt by the White House and the Democrats to see to it that DJT is never allowed to become President again in 2024, using a weaponized agency of the Federal Government of the U.S. corporation as the instrument of collection.  I only mention this because I see a parallel effort on the part of Satan to do the same thing to the Testimony of Jesus that He gave to His own eyewitness disciples while He was here on earth. The veracity of these words was unquestioned by His own disciples, because they heard them from His mouth, and they knew that Jesus was the Son of God because of the miracles, and because only God could have given those words.  Later, at least two of them wrote them down word-for-word, and God protected those words by including them in the compendium where they can still be found today, the Bible, unaltered and unsullied by time and distance (John 17). Jesus described in the parable of the Wheat and the Weed recorded in Matt. 13: 24-30, that Satan sent an Enemy of the Truth to attempt to de-classify His words from being truth, to re-classifying them as being false, or (at the very least) being changed to something different and 'better', through the words of the 'apostle' Paul. Unfortunately this has (for the most part) worked like a charm, and has been bought fully by those that have been fooled by this ploy into "believeing a lie as if it is the Truth"!
