Hello spooky souls! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding this month- It's been a whirlwind of information, illness, and new year problems.
This week, we’re diving into two eerie tales—one a tragic case of corporate negligence, the other an unexplained UFO encounter that still baffles experts today. First, we shine a light on the Radium Girls, the young women of the early 20th century who unknowingly painted their way to deadly radiation poisoning. Lured by good pay and the promise of a bright future (literally), these factory workers were exposed to toxic radium while painting luminous watch dials—until their health deteriorated in horrifying ways. Their fight for justice changed workplace safety laws forever, but at a devastating cost.
Then, we step into Rendlesham Forest, home to one of the most famous UFO sightings in history. In 1980, U.S. military personnel stationed in England reported strange lights, bizarre craft, and otherworldly encounters deep in the woods.
Get ready for some glowing horror stories! Tune in, drop a review, and let me know—do you believe in UFOs, and would you have continued working with radium after seeing its effects? Cheers!
