Feeling lost in a life transition? If you’re going through a divorce, breakup, job loss, career change, move, or empty nest and don’t know who you are anymore, this episode will help you find ground in the liminal space, the in-between where one chapter of life has ended and the next hasn’t begun.
In this episode of The Ground of Love, Olivia Frazao explores life transitions through the metaphor of a hallway between two rooms. You can no longer see the life you left, and you can’t yet see the life you’re walking toward. It can feel like you’re in midair with nothing to stand on. But the hallway is a place too, and learning to inhabit it can become one of the most powerful times of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.
In this episode:
Reflection questions to journal on:
This episode is for anyone navigating an identity shift or a season of not knowing what’s next, and for anyone ready to stop rushing down the hallway and discover who they are becoming. Transition can be a prime place for self-inquiry and spiritual awakening.

How do you actually let go when “just let go” isn’t working? In this episode of The Ground of Love, Olivia Frazao explores a spiritual approach to letting go that doesn’t rely on force, but on surrender, faith, and reclaiming your power. Onwards and upwards!
Most of us try to let go by pushing away what hurts: the breakup we can’t get over, the anxiety that makes us control everything, the old patterns we know don’t serve us. But when letting go feels like loss, part of us holds on. This episode looks at why that happens, and at a different way forward: letting go not by running away from something, but by moving toward who you truly are.
In this episode:
Whether you’re healing from a relationship, releasing control and anxiety, or ready to step into your power, this episode offers a gentle, empowering path to moving forward.

How to set boundaries and stop people pleasing without being mean, from a place of self-worth and spiritual truth. In Part 2 of this boundaries series, we look at the hidden traps of resentment, victim mentality, and aggression that keep people pleasers from their true power.
Why do I feel so resentful? Why do I get angry or harsh when I finally say no? Why is it so hard to speak up for what I need? When we begin healing from people pleasing and fawning, we often swing from shrinking ourselves into blame, anger, or overcorrecting. This is part of the journey, and it isn't the destination. This episode explores how to let go of resentment, heal a victim mindset, and set healthy boundaries with calm, clear, loving communication, without waiting for anyone else to change first.

Struggling to set boundaries, say no, or speak up without people-pleasing? Or do you find yourself in relationships with narcissistic or controlling people? In Part 1 of this two-part series on boundaries, Olivia Frazao shares a simple spiritual map for understanding self-worth, power dynamics, and how to communicate your boundaries from your true center.
We explore the difference between power over, power under, and power with: what happens when we fall out of alignment into the distorted feminine (people-pleasing, fawning, self-abandonment, feeling unworthy) or the distorted masculine (entitlement, control, lack of empathy, narcissism). You'll learn why healthy boundaries begin with your relationship to yourself, and how inherent worthiness lets you say yes and no clearly, without fighting, shrinking, or forcing.
In this episode:
Mentioned: Episode 63, on empathy, understanding other perspectives, and conflict resolution.
Coming next: Part 2, on healing people-pleasing, the traps along the way, and stepping into your true power to communicate boundaries clearly.

Conflict Resolution Isn't About Communication — It's About Your Map of Reality
Most conflict resolution advice starts in the wrong place. In this episode of The Ground of Love, we go beneath communication techniques and non-violent communication scripts to the real root of every disagreement: two people operating from two completely different worldviews, each convinced they're standing on the same shared ground.
Using the simple metaphor of two people looking at two different maps — one seeing the vast distance across the United States, the other seeing the much shorter span of the Iberian Peninsula — this episode illustrates why arguments spiral into judgment, hurt feelings, and "why are they being so weird?" confusion. The answer is almost never that someone is wrong. It's that nobody checked what map the other person was actually looking at.
And it introduces a distinction most people never make: emotional empathy (feeling what someone feels) versus empathy of perspective (seeing what someone sees). You'll hear why feeling someone's sadness or anger isn't enough if you don't understand the worldview generating it — and why well-meaning advice so often falls flat when it's built on your reality instead of theirs.
You'll learn how to:
Whether you're navigating tension with a partner, a family member, a friend, or a coworker, this episode offers a practical spiritual framework for conflict resolution, deep empathy, and authentic connection — one rooted not in who's right, but in finally seeing each other's maps.

This episode explores what actually makes a place "sacred" — and the quiet traps that keep even deeply spiritual travelers from ever feeling it. Sharing experiences from our recent retreat in Assisi, a little-known temple hidden inside a church in Umbria, and a tiny goddess shrine in Brazil, this episode unpacks what is a sacred site, how to clarify your intention before you arrive, and the invisible ways we block ourselves from receiving a place's transmission — and how to get more deeply connected instead.
If you've ever stood in a beautiful, historic, or holy place and wanted a deeper connection there, this episode is for you. This episode gets us out of the traps... next week's episode, Part 2, will get us into the transmissions.

This episode offers a guided "giving back and taking back" meditation — a gentler alternative to cord cutting — that helps empaths and highly sensitive people release energy, thoughts, and emotions that belong to someone else, while calling their own energy back home. Rather than assigning blame, the practice is rooted in neutrality and unconditional love: you see the other person soul-to-soul, set an intention for the highest good, then release what's theirs and reclaim what's yours.
The exercise has two possible styles: one focused on a specific relationship (a partner, parent, friend, or coworker you feel entangled with), and a second, broader version for releasing and reclaiming energy connected to everyone in your life at once. The practice isn't about creating distance — clearing entanglement can actually deepen connection by allowing relationships to come from a grounded, sovereign place.
Because it's a deep energetic practice, listeners are encouraged to do it seated and undistracted, rather than during driving or other multitasking. It builds on Episode 57 (boundaries explained) and Episode 58 (daily grounding), with more exercises coming in Episode 60.

Energetic boundaries exercises for empaths, highly sensitive people, and anyone who feels other people's emotions too easily: this episode walks you through guided grounding and centering meditations to help you reclaim your energy field and come back into your own body.
In this episode of The Ground of Love, host Olivia Frazao continues the Energetic Boundaries series (following Episode 57, which covers what energetic boundaries are and why empaths merge with other people's energy) with practical, repeatable exercises: a grounding meditation using earth energy and golden light to root you from your feet to your heart center, a centering exercise to find your vertical alignment and central channel, a back-body awareness practice to stop energetically "leaning forward" into other people's space, and truth and values journaling prompts to reconnect with your own identity instead of people-pleasing or over-merging.
Rooted in the constellation-work principle "I am here, you are there" (Bert Hellinger), these practices are designed as a daily spiritual habit — like reps at the gym for your energy field — so you can hold steady, grounded boundaries even in emotionally intense situations.
**In this episode:**
- Why embodiment is the real foundation of healthy energetic boundaries
- A guided earth-energy grounding meditation (roots, feet, legs, pelvis, heart center)
- How to find your center line and central channel for verticality and alignment
- Back-body awareness techniques to stop over-extending your energy toward others
- Values and truth-finding prompts to reconnect with your authentic self
- Why judgment is often an unconscious attempt at creating a boundary
Continue the series with Episode 59 for more energetic boundaries exercises.
