Success in your calling requires spiritual maturity. This means we are no longer allowing our sinful nature to control us. If you are unsure whether you are spiritually mature, signs of immaturity include being jealous of one another and quarreling with each other. For example, this may show up as continuously arguing with your spouse. If you are an employee, it may appear as jealousy toward coworkers and anger toward your boss. If you are an entrepreneur, you may compare your success to that of others. If these signs are present in your life, then you are spiritually immature, which is hindering the success of your calling.
