The final episode of Season One discusses WHY spirituality is important in this time in history. We also talk about signs that you are evolving. Then we do a brief synopsis of each episode.

In this episode, we introduce a special form of meditation called Mindfulness. Mindfulness has really caught on during these past few years and many teachers are even teaching it to kids in primary school. We will talk about the different types of Mindfulness, how it helps us, and we will even try a few different Mindfulness exercises.

This episode introduces the concepts of the conscious and subconscious mind. We talk about what the difference is between them and how they affect our lives. We will also do a practical exercise for accessing our subconscious mind to help us let go of some limiting beliefs.

In this episode we discuss emotions. We examine the frequencies that our emotions emit and how that affects our reality. We look at the three main ways that people deal with their emotions and provide some practical ideas for how to deal with them.
