You Need Therapy

Spiritual Trauma with Julia Langner MA, NCC

Listen Later

This week we have one of Three Cords Therapy’s newest team members, Julia Langner, on to talk about something she is passionate about helping others heal through. Religious and spiritual trauma are two phrases that are being talked about now more than ever… and it’s not because it just now became a thing. It’s because we are finally opening up space for individuals to realize that it’s a thing. In this episode Julia helps us understand what religious trauma is, how to know if you’ve experienced it, and what to do if you have. And just like any other topic we cover here- it’s not as black and white as we all hope it to be… so we hope this episode serves as a starting place for you to create more agency in your life.
