Summary:
Dr. Tomas Garza joins us today in a discussion about spirituality, meditation and grief. The practice of meditation is one that may offer comfort and support while grieving, as it helps balance our minds and emotions. It is, however, important that we learn to properly channel our minds to achieve the benefit.

Notes:
Rev. Tomás Garza is a teacher of A Course in Miracles and a longtime  student of world spirituality. He began a personal meditation practice  in the most unlikely place--high school Geometry class--and has since  studied and practiced a number of traditions. He believes that  spirituality is directly applicable to any situation in life, making it
 our most important endeavor. Rev. Tomás is an avid hiker and lover of sunshine and hot climates. He and his wife Cindy live in Arizona.
