I have been podcasting since 2020. The Spiritually Inspired podcast has been my bread and butter for over four years. I never even knew what it would become when I decided to just “try out this podcasting thing.” I didn’t even think I liked podcasts when I first started. Then I quickly realized how much I enjoyed producing them, as well as listening to them, and then collaborating with other podcasters too.
And I know this milestone is going to be the first of many! 200 episodes in and I can confidently say that Spiritually Inspired is here for the long haul!
Each week, you listen to me talk into this microphone about all things manifesting, mindfulness, and magic. Sometimes a bit of science slips in there. Sometimes we go off on slightly random tangents. Maybe sometimes I even get you to laugh a bit. Sometimes I’m joined by a beautiful guest who graciously shares their knowledge with us.
I am sincerely humbled by the fact that you lend your ears to me so consistently. It is an honor that I do not take lightly or for granted.

If we want to shatter our manifesting ceilings, we have to really take advantage of our expansion opportunities.
This is how we manifest mindfully, instead of on autopilot. This is how we start developing the skill of manifesting on purpose so we can be more intentional with our actions and mindsets.
We take note of our manifesting ceilings, we pay attention to our expansion opportunities, and then we go for it!
It’s not always easy to manifest on purpose. It’s easy enough to understand the framework, but putting these things into action out in the real world is the actual test.
Knowing the theories isn’t going to do much to manifest your dream life. Only putting the theories to work will do that.

I personally believe that spirituality and science are meant to coexist. And they can do so responsibly! There’s really no reason to completely disregard one or the other.
Just because something is explainable by science doesn’t mean it isn’t also inherently spiritual.
Just because something has long been associated with spirituality doesn’t mean science won’t be able to fully understand it one day, with the proper study and dedication.
Science and spirituality seem to have this one very important and fundamental quality in common: diving into the depths of the unknown to seek understanding.
And the more we understand, the deeper we go!
So I ask again, can’t science and spirituality find a way to coexist? That’s the question I want to explore in today’s podcast episode. Stay tuned!

You might understand what energy is. And you surely understand the concept of a blueprint. But you might not be familiar with energy blueprint in the context of mindful manifesting.
Essentially, your energy blueprint is what the Universe responds to. When we say “like attracts like” to describe the Law of Attraction, your energy blueprint is the “like.”
And there are all kinds of things that impact your energy blueprint. There are dozens of things that impact the energy you radiate outward that the Universe responds to. For my first episode back from maternity leave, I wanted to talk about mindfulness in motherhood. I know this episode might not be right for everyone who listens to the podcast, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.

There is a reason why what you want to manifest hasn’t arrived yet. And the answer is probably not as complicated as you might think.
It’s not because you’re not worthy of it. Or because you’re not “lucky” enough. Or whatever other excuse feels like the truth to you right now.

The “Golden Rule” is a core value for many modern mystics. We strive to be kind as often as we can–even though we get pissed off just as much as anyone else. But have you ever noticed how much more enjoyable life is when you’re operating from a place of kindness and love?
