Abundance is every good thing the Universe sends us to meet our needs as well as fulfill our desires. Scarcity is a hindrance to these blessings. These are conflicting ideologies. I didn’t think this resonated. I'm wondering if you can relate.

I used to think I didn’t have any problem with my levels of self worth. Until I did the inner work and realized that I certainly did. 

I would hear or read about personal growth work that involved improving your sense of self worth. I immediately dismissed it, thinking "Well obviously I believe I'm worthy. That's so silly."

Turns out, it's not so silly after all. In fact, it's quite important on anyone's journey of healing and growth. 

Improving your sense of self worth is about rewriting the narrative of your life. It’s about placing yourself as the leader of your journey, not as a follower or passive participant.

And when you rewrite your life narrative, the old stories that used to define (and maybe even belittle) you no longer hold any power. 

We could all benefit from this work, even if you truly do have a strong sense of worthiness. There's always more layers to uncover.
