What a way to sign off from the Bench than to have Shivani Mehta from Manly-Warringah District Cricket Club to join us and talk about the upcoming fundraising day for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. We encourage everyone to dig deeply on the day and show your support for the Foundation.
She also spoke about her comeback from injury to joining the NSW Breakers on their Tour to Tasmania and Hobart and playing against her childhood hero and fellow PLC Alumni in Ellyse Perry.

It's a new year, and you might have noticed that a few of the football competitions in Europe are back on deck, which means the World Cup has been and gone for another.... carry the one... three and a half years!
But it's not like there's much to cover from the Cup, right?
It's not like the re was an all-time dud performance from a host nation, or a record number of wins in a Cup from Australia, or an eventual winner getting rolled in the opening game, or a player scoring a hat trick in the final and losing.... right?
