The Lord Mayor, the Wise Man and the Italian Stallion mark the end of the NSWRL preview series by looking at the upcoming Harvey Norman Women's Premiership season with South Sydney head coach Danny Allende and Jessie Wharepouri, an up and comer at the newly minted Wests Tigers lineup. Every one of the eleven teams get the ruler run over them before the Wise Man fires up and announces the expansion of Splinters along with the Harvey Norman Women's Premiership and a new sponsor for the Splinters team!

The Wise Man and the Canberra Kid sit down with Hayden Brown to discuss all things Mosman Cricket and to run the rule over him in "Drop and give me 20".

The Sultan is joined by the Lord Mayor in the third and final instalment of our NSWRL preview series as we knuckle down and examine a competition which has endured its fair share of rumour and controversy, the Sydney Shield. The third tier of the NSWRL open age competition sees enormous turnover each season, and this year is no different with two new sides entering the fray, but the dominance of East Campbelltown looks set to continue. Who will join them, though, is open to question.

Sutherland Sharks batsman Jarryd Biviano joins The Bench to discuss all things Sydney Grade cricket and to also touch upon the National Suburban T20 finals competition held in Adelaide.

Some big name teams have had plenty of movement, and some of the other sides are gearing up for a huge year, and the Lord Mayor sticks his neck on the line as the Sultan picks a fight with the powers that be over the non-release of a draw just two weeks from kick-off.

The Lord Mayor takes the reigns as all the ins and outs of the upcoming NHL trade deadline are put under the microscope. His Worship is joined by Sydney Bears star Jeremy Vasquez, who runs his eye over the East while also discussing his plans for the season with the Bears after last year's grand final loss to the CBR Brave and his friendship with Los Angeles King premium prospect Gabe Vilardi. In the second half, Keith welcomes proud Canberran (Well, Queanbeyanian... is that a word?), former Calgary Herald journalist and Flames tragic David Gazard to examine all the goings on in the western conference and what life was like growing up in Alberta and returning to Australia.

The Wise Man once again plays second fiddle this week, this time to Manly's favourite son in his hosting debut, as the boys run the rule over each and every Super Rugby team in the 2019 competition, with a special focus on the Australian contingent. 

The Italian Stallion Dom Rizzuto and the Raging Bull Anthony Caruso look ahead to the 2019 NSW NPL in both divisions one and two with help from Luke Grima of the Rydalmere Lions and Brendan Cholakian of Manly United before delving into the Women's NPL preview. The boys touch on the surprise demise of one of NSW Football's traditional powerhouses along with a smaller team making the step up as well as running the rule over traditional heavyweights like APIA Leichhardt, Sydney Olympic and Marconi. In the ladies' comp, Sydney Olympic replaces Sutherland and the boys like the chances of the students to take the title.

With the Macquarie Ice Rink registering high interest in the news of late, the panel sit down with Bianca Musico of the Sydney Bears Australian Ice Hockey League club to discuss the impact of the proposed demolition of the rink on the community, ice sports and how the community has played a pivotal role in opposing the changes. Member for Ryde, Victor Dominello, provides us with his thoughts across a few quick bites and we also discuss the outlook for the Bears in the upcoming 2019 AIHL season before Adam Crosthwaite of the UTS-North Sydney Bears chips in with his thoughts on the BBL and Sydney Grade Cricket (from 29:57).
