After King's Landing is nearly destroyed, Grey Worm executes all captured soldiers on Daenerys' orders. Tyrion finds Jaime and Cersei dead in the Red Keep ruins. Daenerys rallies the Unsullied and Dothraki, declaring she will liberate the entire world. Denouncing Daenerys' tyranny, Tyrion resigns as Hand, then is imprisoned for treason to await execution. Fearing Daenerys may kill Jon and Sansa, Arya and Tyrion tell Jon that Westeros' fate lies with him. Jon confronts Daenerys, but unable to halt her destructive path, kills her. Grieved by her death, Drogon melts the Iron Throne, then carries her body away. Tyrion is freed and encourages that future monarchs be chosen by Westerosi aristocrats, rather than through familial succession. Apart from Sansa asserting an independent North, the Westerosi leaders unanimously proclaim Bran Stark as Bran the Broken, Ruler of the Six Kingdoms. Bran appoints Tyrion as his Hand and sentences Jon to the Night's Watch to appease Daenerys' followers. Grey Worm and the Unsullied sail for Naath. Tyrion reorganizes the King's Small Council – Brienne, Bronn, Davos, and Sam – to rebuild King's Landing. Sansa is crowned Queen in the North. Arya sets sail to explore west of Westeros. At Castle Black, Jon rejoins Tormund and Ghost, accompanying the Wildlings heading north of the Wall.

2 Fast 2 Furious (alternatively known as The Fast and the Furious 2[3]) is a 2003 American action film directed by John Singleton and written by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas. It is the second installment in The Fast and the Furious franchise. It was released in the United States on June 6, 2003. 2 Fast 2 Furious follows Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) and Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson) who team up to go undercover for the U.S. Customs Service to bring down drug lord Carter Verone (Cole Hauser) in exchange for the erasure of their criminal records.

2 Fast 2 Furious is a standalone sequel to The Fast and the Furious (2001), and plans for a second installment were developed immediately following the box office success of the first entry.[4] Early treatments for a sequel initially featured the returns of both Diesel and Walker, however, the former declined, instead opting to star in The Chronicles of Riddick (2004).[5] As a result of this, Universal Studios delayed the start of filming to allow for script rewrites, which subsequently allowed for the franchise's long-running characters of Roman Pearce and Tej Parker to be introduced.[6]

In August 2002, John Singleton, who critically praised the first film, was announced to direct the second in place of Rob Cohen, who left the franchise after directing the previous installment.[7] Principal photography began in Miami in October 2002, with the majority of filming being done on location in Miami and South Florida.[8]

2 Fast 2 Furious was a commercial success, grossing over $236 million worldwide, quickly become the highest grossing film in the franchise, and the 16th highest grossing film of 2003.[2] It received generally mixed reviews at the time of release, with praise being aimed at the film's action sequences,[9] but was also nominated for two awards at the 24th Golden Raspberry Awards. In later years, however, the film has earned critical praise, with some critics noting it as underrated in the franchise's catalog.[10] Another standalone sequel, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, was released on June 16, 2006.
