As a part of our Korean or English language learning routine, when we are doing your repetitive listening, the more we focus the better. Of course, sometimes passive listening is okay too, but if we really want to get the most out it, more intense focus is necessary. These three kinds of thoughts discussed in this episode are the distractions that inhibit our ability to focus and truly get the most out of our listening.
