In this episode, the South African long-distance runner & 2016 Comrades Marathon champion, Charne Bosman, introduces herself by unpacking how she became a long-distance runner and what motivated you to venture into long-distance running.

She also took us through her Comrades Marathon debut in 2013.

In the early 2000s, Bosman competed in the 2005 Amsterdam Marathon and her finishing time is arguably one of her All-time Personal Best Top 10. Interestingly, she qualified for the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

Let us talk swimming. This week, we dive deep with the #Tokyo2020 Olympian and South African swimmer, Rebecca Meder, who swims for the Seagulls Swimming Club under the South African head coach, Graham Hill.

She takes us through how she fall in love with swimming, what motivated her to take up the challenge to be a competitive swimmer and what has swimming taught her in and outside the pool.
