Executive Chef Daniel Wecker from the Elkridge Furnace Inn joined Laurie with a few of his favorite dishes some of which came right from his own garden! We tasted his seasonal salad with items from the Elkridge Furnace Inn greenhouse and a dish called Lamb Three Ways. Both were exquisite and Chef also brought the Domaine Terlato & Chapoutier Shiraz-Viognier Blend from Australia and the Zenato Ripassa from the Valpolicella region in Italy to pair. These were great and price under $50 on his wine list which we LOVE!
