As many of you know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. The value of maintaining a healthy mental outlook and attitude cannot be understated. So today we will be focusing on spring, the season of renewal and growth. We will do some “spring cleaning” of the mind, clearing out negative thoughts and anxiety to make space for positive thoughts and peace. So sit back, get comfortable, and get ready to renew your mind.
