Allistair Cockrell spent his days after College travelling around the world. While working on ships he met his now wife and they settled in Vancouver, Canada. Now, two kids later, he is faced with his biggest challenge: battling stage 4 colon cancer. He says it’s important to keep a positive mental attitude and that he has amazingly supportive family and friends. We talk about his struggle and what it takes to face the ultimate test, while staying present in the moment and dealing with all of life’s other challenges.
